Dangerous parts conveyor

1  Conveyor check beforehand whether there is abnormal wear or damage situation.
2  Check the belt hanging portion Plastic belt conveyor at the bottom of a normal position. ( Whether an exception ) .
3  If belt tension adjusting device used to check whether the tension is excessive tension adjuster , must not exceed the exposure belt force ( push-type conveyors except ) .
4  Check all support rollers have encountered smooth rotation.
5  Check the rubber belt conveyor gears for excessive wear and tear.
6  Check the gears and belts fitted at whether the inclusion among foreign matter must be removed.
7 Check all the support rails and side guide assembly for excessive or abnormal wear.
8  Check the transmission driven shaft , combined with the conveyor is complete .
9  Check all lubrication points are normal.
10 Checking conveyor systems all need to clean the site.
